Weekly Retrospective — June Week 1, 2026

We have deployed the service and have now linked payments to receive customers.

These were really hectic moments, but making a product and securing customers are two different things, so I felt like I had hit an obstacle. I received it.

I keep thinking about whether this is the right thing to do...

I think I'll probably focus more on marketing and recruiting paying customers next week.

It's already been almost two weeks since I launched my business, and time seems to be passing really quickly.

I feel like I've done a lot, but I don't think I've done anything.

It seems like I'm impatient, but it seems like I'm really lazy.

I had a lot of confidence, but I think I need to do something before it fades away.

Create an environment where you have no choice but to focus on the things you need to do and consistently do what you need to do every day
