Weekly Retrospective — May Week 5, 2026

This week was a week focused solely on service development.

I thought I would be able to launch the service right away after registering my business and signing an office contract, but there were more features that needed to be added than I thought, and there was a time taken to issue the card (which took longer than I thought... does 5 working days make sense?), so I think it will be possible to distribute it early next week.

Instead, minor work was done in advance, such as adding promotional text, customer list, promotional video, and data, so that it could be distributed immediately.

Could this be a scalable service?

I want to expand, but these days, my main concern is whether this is the right direction.

Becoming a resident company should not be the goal of being selected for TIPS or an inflated appearance.

I will have to live a very busy life for the next 26 years so that I can create a company that can actually provide services and solve problems.
