[Reservation Program] Development Intention and Requirements

I created a reservation program at the request of an acquaintance. Actually, I was worried about the toy project, but I started it because I thought it went well. Although the reservation program feels simpler than Google Calendar, we decided to create it with an emphasis on the convenience of mutual communication.

The requirements will be modified during future development, but the current design is as follows. In the future, I plan to add or delete things and check them when I complete the part I envisioned here.

1. Common functions

• Perform all functions after checking whether you are logged in >> Currently
• Show notices and today/tomorrow schedule
• Add an entire menu
• Create a settings page
• You must be able to post notices.
• Distinguish the importance of notices.
• Shows the ranking.

2. Administrator

• All schedules can be added/edited/deleted.
• All members can be added/edited/deleted.
• All notices can be added/edited/deleted.
• You can set up an entire request.

3. Teacher

• Mark your schedule.
• Working hours can be displayed.
• Check the details of the student who requested it.
• Allows you to check and accept requests from students whose request time has passed.

4. Student

• You can view the history of requests.
• Check the requested details in the main page.
• Make it possible to search for teachers.
• You can check the teacher's work schedule and make requests.
• You can check whether a request that has passed the request time has been accepted.
• You must be able to post notices.
• Allows you to record the passage of time.
• Set a ranking according to the written content.
