풀이

Scanner 보다 처리속도가 빠른 Buffered Stream 을 사용해서 코드를 작성했다.

영문자에 해당하는 값이 처리되는 속도(전화 거는데 걸리는 속도)를 반환하여 전체 소요시간을 계산한다.
