What should I need to do as an IT Company owner

Nowadays, there is so much technology in the IT industry. Every time I wake up, so many new trends and services are born and die repeatedly. It is now easy for anyone to build simple services, even without strong development skills.

As a startup owner, it is harder to figure out what to build and what people will truly love about our product. These concerns make it hard for me to decide where to start, but on the other hand, they push me to more easily try new things that I could not afford to attempt two years ago.

There are so many people saying that SaaS is a dying business and that anyone who needs to automate a process can just build their own AI company so easily. But there is still a need for it, and it will eventually be taken over by big company services.

So we need to focus on creating real value for users and sell them our own experience gained through building and using our services. People say we should be both an artist and a company owner.

For about a year, I have been struggling to decide whether to grow my career as a more technical specialist by going back to college for more degrees, or to just continue as a small business owner. My conclusion is that I will be an owner of specific services, and if I ever need a degree to expand my business, I will pursue that as the next step.

Most of all, the most important thing is a keep-going mindset for everyday uncertainty.
